We are an integrated special steel manufacturer with downstream processing which include steel products fall into different industries like shipbuilding, mining, construction and wind power & solar power. According to our original design , we will totally have 96 production lines for solid wire, the workshop with 3 floors for solid wire has a length of 504M, nearly covered an area of 600, 000㎡ . As now , it is in the first phase with 60 production lines for solid wire ER70S-6 and submerged arc welding wire, and the another 40 production lines for Flux cored wire and electrodes. We have two main advantages for Longteng welding wires: 1.Fully integrated production process, i.e., with the support of upstream world class steel making facilities in house from same group company. 2.Newly developed production process with latest technology and know-how, i.e., fully automatic production which will be the assurance of quality control.
