The specialized company occupies more than 100 acres and is a high & new science and technology individually-run enterprise producing kinds of aluminum alloy pressure castings and machining finished products. And the transportation is so convenient that it is only 500m away from Rongchang exits of Chengyu Pressway. Our enterprise has established Technology Dept, Quality Dept, Safety Production Dept, Sales Dept, Furnishing department, HR Dept, Financial Dept, Office and so on.. Secondly, Machining Equipments, 24 sets vertical machining centre, 19 sets dill&taping center, 5 sets CNC lathe, and other metal-cutting devices over 100 sets. All of these constitute two car and mini vehicle gearbox production lines, one motor production line that can produce more than 500,000 various sets gearboxes, and over 700,000 sets motor and general purpose category products. Thirdly, for inspection device we possess CMM testing device and Germany original binding direct-reading spectrograph, X-ray flaw detector, tensile /hardness inspection devices, and we established Materials Chemical Analysis Laboratory, Physical Measurement Laboratory.
