We are CK International of Durham, NC, USA, and one of the U.S.s leading exporters/suppliers of U.S. hardwoods, shipping more than 3,500 x 40 containers each year. We are supplying a full range of species, sizes, and grades. Our major customers are producers of furniture, millwork and joinery, wooden blinds, flooring, picture frames, wooden doors, and smaller wooden items. Our specialty is rough sawn, kiln-dried hardwood lumber, including Red and White Oak, Cherry, Yellow Poplar, Aspen, Hard and Soft Maple, Walnut, Hickory, Basswood, White Ash, Red Alder, and Pacific Coast Maple.We are active members of the NHLA (National Hardwood Lumber Association) and the AHEC (American Hardwood Export Council). The President of our company is the recent President of AHEC Board of Directors and currently serves on their Board. The principals of our company have more than 100 years of combined experience in the export of lumber. Various members of our staff travel to Asian markets more than 8-10 times per year.
