With Feasibility Assessment; FMEA analysis and Risk Assessment procedures could help us to do the right things and the things right on first time for save new products development time and source. We could produce Floss Toothpick with different Floss (Filament) material, such as Polyethylene (PE); Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE); Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) (Teflon); Bamboo Charcoal Fiber; Nylon (PA6/6). The Floss quantity could be set up by one or two. You could also choose the Floss with different diameters; twisting level (TPM; Twist Per Meter) and strength for build customize products to fit your need. For making with interdental brush, we use high tensile stainless steel wire and DuPont Tynex (R) Nylon Filaments Bristle. Our range for Twin Wires Binding Dia. is from 0.35 ~ 0.6mm and Passage Hole Dia. is from 0.6~1.5mm; the bristles could be control the quantity, length, layout and trim to any shape for meet your need. We have over 120 well trained staffs that are working together and keep studying, developing with state of the art technology for getting better & better. They are all with full experience and nice skills to support us develop all of our automatic manufacturing equipment "in-house" and keeping upgrade for produce stable performance products. We have over 30 fully automatic production lines and could produce over 100 million pieces of products per month. Our production area is over 6,000 meters square. Our products lines are include dental floss, dental floss toothpick, interdental brush and other dental accessories.
