Coconut coir is a natural fiber extracted from the husks of coconuts and used in products such as mats, doormats, brushes and mattresses. Coconut coir is the fibrous material found between the hard internal shell and the outer layer of the coconut. Other uses of cocoa coir (made from ripe coconut) are in upholstery, fired and horticultural upholstery. Cocoa Cocoa is harvested from fully ripe coconuts, it is thick, strong and has high abrasion resistance. It is usually used in mats, brushes and fired. Mature cocoa coir fiber contains more lignin and less cellulose than fibers such as hemp and cotton, so it is stronger but less pliable. COCONUT FIBER is extracted from Coconut Coir through the following process: Coconut husks are soaked in water for a long period of time. Then the Coconut Coir and Fiber are separated from the Coconut Hust. Then dry fiber coconut in the open yard specification: 1.Packing per bale weight 100-125 2. fiber length 5-20cm 3. light brown color 4. humidity 18% 5. clean and dry
