At Cold Chaga we only collect our mushrooms in optimal conditions. This has required us to build a cabin off grid in northern Ontario. Far away from any city or industrial complex our mushrooms offer a deep connection with the ancient health of the natural forests. The Chaga from this area has a noticable flavour difference than from other suppliers we have tasted. High notes of a sweet vanilla with a rich creamy tone of smoke. Using sustainable practices we collect our chaga in the cold of winter.
