DRC policy is to practice good working relations with our prospective clients and obtained confidence at the floor level, as well as on the management and sector level.Audit & Assessment:DRC conduct internal social compliance audit and do assessment so that the suppliers can pass the audit and pre production audit conducted by buyers. The audits are based on the national labour legislation and the buyers Codes of Conduct. The comprehensive social audit consists of Interviews of upper and middle management, workers (on- and offsite), A thorough check of the occupational safety and health situation, The review of the documentation andFinal audit report with corrective action plan.It is our approach to work in a non-conflicting manner and a polite attitude to help our clients to get maximum output. Our objective is that our service shall help to remedy eventual identified non-compliance and we understand that social audit is one instrument contributing to a continuous effort improving working conditions.
