The following is a brief overview of DUCO technologies and the systems that we implement with all of our factories in Asia. I hope that this information helps you and possibly opens up the opportunity for DUCO to represent your company and act as your fulfillment organization in the coming future. It has taken many years for DUCO to become experts in dealing with Asian resourcing and fulfillment. We have set up production systems that work within our factorys own systems that give the assurances to both DUCO and our clients that the products are not only being made properly, but efficiently and cost effectively. Our systems starts with office organization and people support within the factories organization. Depending on the factory and the product that is being made in that particular factory, we tailor a system that works within the factories ability and structure. These fail safes include, a detailed project tracking system as well as a daily verbal communication system between the various factory production and engineering groups and the engineer and production departments at DUCO. DUCO follows ISO and ASTM manufacturing procedures and standards for all products that we produce. On top of the standards set fourth by ISO/ASTM and the factory, we have set up further structures to guarantee that the products are made in the most efficient and expedient way possible. We set up QA and QC tracking procedures as well as a comprehensive reporting systems each factory is required to follow. We have also set up internal structures here in the United States that allow us to fully test and retest production prior to shipping. The systems give the assurances to our customers that everything possible is being done to make sure there are no issues with the product prior to shipping.
