Durmaz walnut farm was established in the town of Denizli called al on 300 dunam terrain in 1999.A field completely deserted before has been turned into a heaven on earth by Ylmaz Durmaz and Zehra Durmaz.By year 2014, This farm is the biggest native walnut grower in Turkey with 2000 Kaplan-86, 1000 Yavuz-1, 1000 žebin kind of trees .Annual walnut production capability is about 100 ton.At walnut production Durmaz Walnut Farm has the first mechanic harvesting and drying system in Turkey, so that we spend lots of time during harvesting and we roll out to sell our walnut without losing any quality.Walnut samples taken according to TS ISO 874 is classified to related standard.Humidity content of produced walnut is about %12-15 with green shell, %6-8 with shell, %4-6 in walnut kernel
