The lifting mechanisms are located in a stationary machine room. Two trolleys carry only the pulleys of the rope hoists .The grab bucket unloader is composed of two machines combined into one:Two-rope towed trolleys running on a cantilever;-Two separate lifting mechanisms;-Two separate mechanisms to move the trolley;- It works with two grab buckets.Both of the lifting mechanisms are synchronized, when one has a full grab on the maximum arm, the second has an empty grab on a small arm.Changing the shoulder, both of the grabs pass each other at a safe distance, but both of them scoop up a load along the axis of the cantilever.This allows the machine to work with both of the grabs through the process of unloadingThe machine is semi-automatic through a programmable controller.An operator only directs the grab bucket and scoops up the load, the rest of the working cycle is performed automatically.
