Exclusive MAgnesium (P).Ltd. was formed in year 1994 with basic melting & Casting facilities. Today we are producing Magnesium Alloy Castings by Sand, Gravity Die, Pressure Die-Casting, Centrifugal Die Casting techniques. We are manufacturing Large size Magnesium Castings. Castings are made for Vibration fixtures & the largest Casting we have made weighs 750 Kg.(by Sand Casting Route). Pradeep Datar is himself a Metallurgist & has an experience of about 20 years in this line. Our Managing Director Sunil RAj is a commrece graduate with degree in Business Administration. Our Present workforce is 25 & we have leading Metallurgist as our Technical Advisor. We also manufacture Aluminium Alloy Castings by above mentioned routes & we have made Pressure tight castings to 70 Bar Hydropressure. THe same facilities are used to make Aluminium castings & the largest casting made is about 800 kg.
