The company acquires yellow fresh water eels directly from fishermen throughout Canadas pristine Atlantic coast, for shipment to markets worldwide.We buy only live eels and then transports them to its facility in Eastern New Brunswick for processingOur plant is federally registered with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). We operate under a CFIA-monitored, HACCP-based Quality Management Plan and is approved to export goods to the United States, European Union, Asia and other international markets.
