The annual capacity reached to 60 thousand tons of FRP pipes, 5 thousand tons of vessels, 3 thousand tons of pultruded products and gratings. 1.5 thousand tons of different kinds of FRP arts and crafts and nonstandard products and about 30 sets of FRP processing equipment. The output value is up to 800 million Yuan(RMB). At present time, the company is one of the biggest in scale, most advanced in technology and most powerful in its production, a specialized producer of FRP series products in the Asia. The main equipment is imported from Italy, it can produce serial pipes within DN 400mm and serial vessels, towers and pressure vessels within ˆ®15, 000mm. It can also produce FRP pultruded profile products, gratings, tension member of optical cable and equipment construction. The FRP products produced here have performed very good characteristics as good in pressure tolerance, high in strength and stiffness, light in weight, longtime lasted, corrosion resistance, nonpoisonous and tasteless, clean and smooth in interior surface. FRP products are widely substituting the traditional materials with its obvious advantages. The application in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, food and brewery industry especially in the fields of irrigation, city water supply network, drainage, polluted water treatment, environment hygiene, pipe water network etc. has already demonstrated the enormous vitality. The high standard of design, development, erection and service has formed the strict quality management system of Zhongyi Company. The company has adopted the method of computer automatic design in product design and development.
