We have an in-house manufacturing facility to manufacture of up to 9000 mm stroke cylinders. We have supplied the cylinders to various applications like Garbage compactor vehicles, Construction Eqpts, Material Handling Eqpts, Water rig application, Earthmoving Eqpts, Steel Mills and special applications Etc. Our Manufacturing range as given below Bore Size - From Ø 40mm to Ø 500 Stroke - Up to 9000 mm Pressure - up to 650 bar Speed - 0.4 Mtr / Sec. Generally - 1 Mtr / Sec. Specifically Our well qualified designed team has vast experience to design the cylinders on CAD Systems considering the customer requirements and parameters like Pressure, Speed, Temperature and working Media as well as Application. Most of our seal selections will be on ISO Housings ensuring availability of seals at any given point in time. We use CDS ST 52 Tubes precisely honed to 0.3 to 0.4 microns Ra finish to ensure long service life. We select EN 8 / C 45 Material for Piston Rods and are precisely ground and Hard Chrome Plated to 25 to 30 microns to surface finish of 0.2 to 0.3 microns Ra, and in special cases, as the need arises we select different materials for Piston Rods and Heat treated to achieve the optimum service life. We generally select the seals from Internationally Reputed companies such as Parker / Hallite / Simrit / NOK Etc as well as customer specifications. We Manufacture and supply the cylinders with integrated Cartridge Valves as the case may be.
