As an international resource and source business-consulting firm, we fund significant infrastructure and construction projects anywhere in the world from 10 million to 1 billion plus through a private direct lending syndicated investment trust fund and bank instrument debt/debt equity lender. With a lending pool around 60 billion, we are currently providing financing for a variety of project types including motion pictures, resorts, hotels, sports facilities, mining operations, petroleum and all types of energy related projects including green energy, acquisition, start-up companies as well as commodities in gold, diamonds, energy, petroleum etc. We currently are the sellers mandate for a diamond mine in Brazil, a gold mine in Northern Canada and sixty (60 MT) of alluvial gold au, 12.5 kg bars, international hallmarked.We deal only with the sellers/buyers mandate.Our financing programs incorporate the use of cash back bank instruments in conjunction with hedge funds, private money, trust funds, and Tier One institutional investors. We arrange take out loans that can be converted to permanent financing after construction. Our finance programs are project-driven and not based on the borrowers credit. We also assist in providing bridge financing for bank instrument fees where needed. We fund projects many of the Tier One banks decline.
