The technical-scientific know-how acquired in 30 years and the deep knowledge of the cosmetic market, in synergy with the flexibility that characterizes young companies, facilitate Gone s.r.l. to develop its enormous potential.All products are fully developed and produced in Italy, in full compliance with regulations.We are specialized in the formulation study and 360-degree production of skin care and haircare quality cosmetic products tailored to the needs of our customers and the market.MISSIONThe company mission of GONE s.r.l. is formulating and producing high quality treatment cosmetics, technologically advanced at an industrial level but with craftsmanship, always seeking maximum customer satisfaction.QUALITY AND TRAININGBoth the control of all incoming raw materials, both on the ingredients and on the packaging material, as well as the monitoring of the procedures during the processing phases and the quality controls on the finished product, allow the realization of a product with high quality standards and in compliance both with the dictates of company quality and with the most demanding requirements of the market. GONE s.r.l. has an internal quality system and is ready to equip itself with a quality system certified ISO 9001 to guarantee its industrial process.The continuous training of the staff working in the company, through refresher courses organized by Cosmetica Italia - Confindustria and other qualified bodies in the sector, allow to operate with organizational tools and knowledge constantly updated and advanced.PRODUCTIONThe heart of the company is the production department, realized in implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) with materials and plants for the production of cosmetics for face and body treatment, detergents and hair products, etc.For the accomplishment of this activity, GONE s.r.l. employs 75 kg, 300 kg and 600 kg vacuum emulsification systems, 100 kg and 600 kg open mixing systems, as well as filling and capping units for liquid / cream products both in bottles and in pots and in tube.The end-processing is carried out with operating machines able to label and carton the primary container.The process water treatment unit consists of a dechlorination, electrodeionization and reverse osmosis plant for the reduction of the ionic charge, while the U.V. and ultrafiltration disposed on the distribution line allow to obtain a bacteriologically pure process water.R & D LABORATORYNext to the production department is created what can be defined as the incubator of all the company activity: the Research and Development laboratory. The formulas that will be produced by GONE s.r.l. are developed inside, first through a phase of document acquisition and then experimentation on pilot plants. This activity involves the formulation development and the stabilization of the formulas devised, with the help of benchtop emulsifiers, centrifuges, frother thermostats, viscometers, etc.The R & D laboratory also carries out Quality Control activities on both incoming and semi-finished materials and on the finished product, ensuring the high quality standard of the entire production process.
