All the raw materials including PVC, coatings, magnetic strips, oils and inks, holograph and signature foils are imported, and are controlled in accordance with ISO9001 Quality Management System for product quality. Our company has modernized large-scale workshop, where 2 sets of Heidelberger four-color printers, 2 sets of silk printing machines, 4 sets of auto laminating machines, 3 sets of auto punch machines, and 4 sets of ink jet printers are available. The daily output reaches up to 1 million pieces. The whole plant is under enclosed management, multiple measures such as 24-hour TV monitoring on production, entrance and peripheral taken to protect production. Besides, each worker should bear his/her own IC card before entering into the workshop, and alarming system is also installed along with people patrol during production.
