Gunespan company start its operation in Denizli city in 1999.During those years we kept growing recently and we reached to 1 million pieces production capacity.All our production has been made in 2 full automatic line and 1 manuel line by our 150 experienced workers.we use 1, 15 mm steel for panels, 0, 35-0, 40 mm for convectors and 0, 70 mm steel for side covers and top grill.We prefer HENKEL products for surface cleaning and fossfatting. NANO-CERAMIC technology are being used by fosfatting and finally we paint them by eloctrostatic powder paint thats code is RAL 9010.As you will see on the pictures we pack the radiators first bable nyloning then shringing.As a reference we are exporting 50% of our product to Russia, Georgia, Azerbeijan, Jordan, Northern Cyprus, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Moldovia, Chezch Republic, Hungary, Germany, Poland, England, Spain, Chile (in South America) etc.We have CE, TSE, EN 442, ISO 9001-2000, GOST (for Russia), INCERC (for Romania) quality certificates. Now we are the one of the leading company about radiator business with our 25 million turnover annualy.Our delivery termin is 3 weeks maximum in the highest season (like JULY-AUGUST-SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER-NOWEMBER). So your first order will be ready to load in 3 weeks.
