Hebei Shuokai Casting Co., LTD., was established in 2012, with annual production capacity of 20000 tons. The company is located in the Neiqiu industrial park, Xingtai City, Hebei province, China, and closely locates with G4 expressway and Beijing-Guangzhou high speed railway. The transportation is convenient, only take less than 2 hours to Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Zhengzhou city.  The company mainly produces Automobile cover parts mould and  lathe bed casting。In 2018，we successfully introduced machine tool casting export business。The first phase has a total investment of 80 million yuan ，covering an area of 60 mu, which including the main casting workshop with an area of 12,000 squaremeters and the machining workshop with a design area of 1,400 square meters.The company is fully equipped with production equipment, advanced testing instruments，and  adopts scientific production technology ，complete with Expandable Polystyrene process, sand resin regeneration modeling line, electric furnace melting, casting heat treatment and casting bottom machining. The maximum weight of grey iron casting is 20 tons, ductile iron casting is 18 tons, carbon steel pieces is 10 tons, air-cooling steel is 8 tons.     Air - cooled steel products can be spheroidized annealing, tempering and other comprehensive heat treatment capacity.
