Hebei zhicheng Cellulose Co., Ltd is located in Jinzhou City, Hebei Province. It is 50 km east of Shijiazhuang, the capital of hebei province, and 300 km southwest of Beijing. Shi-Huang expressway, the NO.307 national road and Shi-De railway cross through the city. The communication is very convenient.It was established in I 1970, and its original name is Jinzhou city No. 1 chemical factory .It is one of the earliest factories producing methylcellulose (MC) and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) in China. In 2001 Hebei Zhicheng cellulose company was founded , and with advanced technology and equipment, it expand annual output to 20, 000 tons of non-ionic cellulose ethers.
