At present, our company possesses 8 production lines of cheese dyeing machines imported from Italy, and 10 lines of domestically made cheese dyeing machines and the most advanced microwave radiation dryers and more than 40 dyeing baths of the latest styles with different sizes of facility in all from 2 kg/bath to 2000kg/bath. Our company has a team of more than 40 senior technicians and engineers to take charge of fine yarn dyeing process, carrying out ERP Resource Administration system, computer-aided color matching, and computer sampling. Moreover, a complete quality testing system is found all through the production process to ensure the stability of production quality and the accuracy of color match. Our main products are in the form of yarn or threads composed of natural fibers, synthetic fibers and their blends or composites. The natural fibers are mercerized cotton, normal cotton and the blends with bast fiber, viscose or other materials. The regenerated fibers are viscose, rayon staple, bamboo fibers, bean fibers and other related fibers, and the synthetic fibers are those polyester, low modulus polyester, polyacryl-nitrile fibers, as well as blends with different fibers such as cotton, elastic fibers (Lycra) containing composite yarn in various specifications.
