The infrastructure comprises of highly qualified scientists focusing on pharmacology, phytochemistry, microbiology and quality control. In future, to ensure sustainable supplies on its key products, herbal plants cultivation efforts has been successfully undertaken by the organization. Herbion believes in developing natural products with scientific justification and clinical validation while carefully ensuring that the natural goodness and efficacy of the herbs is not compromised.To keep abreast with the international standards, a modern, well equipped and automated herb spray drying extraction system has been established. The manufacturing unit is one of the largest spray-drying facilities in this region covering a total area of 6,660 sq. meters with built up area of 3,165 sq. meters. It operates following advanced technology assuring extraction of different types of herbs while maintaining premium quality standards. It is a known fact through research that more than 25% of our modern drugs contain plant derived ingredients thereby playing an important role in contributing towards the vitality of people. The popularity and use of herbal medicines is significant and reflected as prospective growth every year in the current age of high technology and research-based findings. With growing awareness many people prefer to use herbal medicines over allopathic drugs offered to them. The herbal extracts mentioned in the table below have varied uses as they can be used in various medicines addressing different indications. These herbal extracts will contain active ingredient(s) with their defined composition. Their method of analysis will be either of the three, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Titration or UV spectroscopy. We are open to customers in both B2B and B2C category.
