In order to meet the demand of electrolytic manganese industry, all the cores of rectifier transformers that are designed and manufactured by our company are made of 27QG100 WISCO high-quality high flux and low loss silicon steel sheet, which initiates the application of high flux and low loss silicon steel sheet on medium & large rectifier transformers in China. The company continuously improves the core processing technology, and compared with the traditional similar products, the no-load loss is reduced by 20%. Low voltage coil structure is applied with the patented technology to ensure the uniform length of many winding wires and no zero-sequence loss decrease, and using a variety of methods, the load loss is5-10% lower than similar products. For example, the change of core and coil structure improves the mechanical strength and ensures the transformers resistance to short-circuit impact, thus reducing the impedance by 10% and greatly improving the operation efficiency of the transformer (which can improve the power factor by 5-8%). Special transformer low voltage anti-seepage terminals are widely used on the companys rectifier transformer valve side terminals, ensuring that there is no trace of seepage (which is impossible for the traditional technology).
