Please find our product details below:press wash clothSupreme Wet Impregnated Blanket Wash cloths for Sheet-fed PressesA large majority of modern presses today are fitted with Automatic Blanket wash systems from Baldwin. The Supreme range is pre-impregnated with solvent, ready for use like Baldwin prepac rolls. The Supreme range of rolls are suitable for use with all presses fitted with the Baldwin Automatic Blanket wash system. The product is developed in co-operation with leading solvent and non-woven material companies, with each roll injected with a consistent impregnation level.A selection of the popular presses are as follows:-Komori 26Komori 28Komori Spica 29Komori LS40Komori LSX 40Mitsubishi Diamond 1000MitsubishiDiamond 3000Ryobi 750 seriesRyobi 520 seriesKBA 105KBA 162Sakurai 66 seriesSakurai 75 seriesAkiyama Bestech series It is important to identify initially at all new customer sites not just the Press, but also the Width of the roll and the Inner core diameter and outer diameter (total diameter inclding cloth).Supreme Wet Impregnated Impression cloths for Sheet-fed PressesSome of the above presses utilise a slightly different cloth utilising a rougher surface, for cleaning of impression cylinders. This is particularly relevant with 10 colour presses. These products are also available for use in conjunction with the above blanket cloths.Supreme Wet Impregnated Blanket Wash cloths for Heat-set and Cold-set PressesA large number of web presses also use similar systems. Our technical department are available to support all trials in this area.It is important that individual needs of customers can be realised by adjusting individual specifications, whether it is the length of cloth on the roll, or the wetting levels of the roll.Packaging and Solvent detailsThe solvent used with these cloths is a vegetable based liquid, with a flash point of 435degrees F (when tested with the Cleveland Cup method) and almost eliminates VOC levels. Full MSDS sheets are available on request. The rolls are not fully saturated at point of impregnation so may not appear soaked on handling. The solvent will not evaporate, hence rolls are guaranteed from point of manufacture for a period of 12 months.Standard packaging is rolls of 10 per case, with the rolls packed in two bags of five. Five rolls equates to a maximum of one week of customer use. Full technical information is available from our support staffThank you for taking time to go through our business profile.
