High yield & tensile strength:When processing thread, the Dia of thread is the same and parent material has not been destroyed. So the bearing capacity of thread has been reinforced by being squeezed and the splice has the same tensile strength with the material. The actual tensile strength has reached up to 110% of standard tensile strength. Our Couplers not only qualifies all the standards along with it when classified according to ACI-318-05 clause no.21.2.6-DUROJOINT mechanical splices develops in tension or compression as required at least 1.25fy of the bar along with it develops the specified tensile strength of the splice bar This kind of design can reinforce the yield and tensile strength of thread and guarantee high quality 2. High fatigue resistance& cold resistance:When tested under fatigue resistance trial for 2 million times, the splice is not destroyed. When tested under the temperature of -40C, tensile strength of splice is also the same with parent material.3. Thread pitch:Dia 14-22 Pitch 2.5 mm Dia 25-32 Pitch 3.0 mm Dia 36-40 Pitch 3.5 mmThis kind of design can reinforce the yield tensile strength of thread and guarantee high quality.4. The Dia of thread is the same. So it is easy to install and supervise the quality5. Wide application:It is suitable for rebar of many grades, such as Fe450, Fe500 and Fe550.not only used in common construction, but also used in bridge, tunnel, television tower, nuclear power plant, hydropower station and so on, which needs higher fatigue and cold resistance. Along with all these things the resources that we own, constitutes our 72 parallel threading machines, Stock department which regularize and supervise stock of couplers.
