Our company is located in Powerleader P&D Base Guanlan High-Tech Industry Park, Bao€™an District , ShenZhen, China , which covered 8800 square meters with actual work shop building 5400 square meters , which include dust-free workshop 100 square meters and domitory 1800 square meters .The managing staffs are 25 and works 150 , we run day and night shifts.Our mould making team can develop and produce gesso, brone and CNC aluminium mould . Also we are capable to improve costomers€™ old mould and design new one to decrease production costs and improve work efficiency . Regarding factory facilities, we have 9 plastic moulding macines , 25 punching machines , 3 high frequency pressing machines and 5 folding machines , which can be used to produce different material ranged from PVC, PS, PP, PETG to APET . Hence we can meet different customers€™ different requirements . At the same time we can process the products which need to be pressed for our customers . The output of every machine is up to 400-1500 pcs per hour according to the different dimensions of products, our one shift can process 8000KG material every day .Our packaging not only involved in electric products , toys , food , comestics , mini home electric appliances and medical products , but also include different kinds of gifts packaging , plastic boxes and flexible plastic bags . At the meantime , we are also produce working disc and packaging disc. Which can be produced by using different materials , of which including flocked chips and antistatic material , the thickness of the material ranged from 0.18 to 1.5mm.
