JSP Plas Sdn. Bhd. is Plastic film roll manufacturer which started business on 5 October 2018 and located at Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. We are 100% fully owned by Jishan Pack Sdn. Bhd. (which has 19 years' experience in packaging industry). Our parent company, Jishan Pack Sdn. Bhd., and its subsidiaries currently employ more than 250 employees.Our company is specialized in manufacture of Plastic related Products such as APET Plastic roll, APET Plastic Sheet, Thermoforming and ESD Shielding Bag for wide range of industries including Electronic, Food, Medical and other industries. Besides, we have Automation PET Sheet Coating Machine and we are offered this coating service to our customers who looking for great protection from static electricity. With this advance technologies, we can ensure our products' quality is consistent and reduce human dependence and human error.Thermoforming is one of the common packaging used for the variety segmentation and it comes in a variety of sizes, shapes and designs, and it is flexible and can be customized according to customer's requirements and needs. We have own extrusion for our raw material and fully automation vacuum forming process to support the mass production. We able to produce antistatic and black conductive vacuum forming trays for the electronic products with different thickness.Beside, we have cleanroom facility to control our products' quality and ensure all the products' quality is meet or exceed customers' expectation. The material that we use to produce vacuum forming trays are Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate (APET), High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), and Polypropylene (PP). ESD Shielding Bag is the protective packaging from electrostatic discharge. ESD Shielding Bag commonly used to protect electronics components which are easily damaged caused to electrostatic discharge.
