Juhua Group Corporation, the largest chemical industry base in Zhejiang province, was founded in 1958. With its headquarters located in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province and production base in Quzhou, the company covers an area of 7.3 square kilometers. It has over 100 major production units manufacturing more than 200 types of products under 17 categories, such as fluoro-chemicals, basic chemical raw materials, etc. It has a state-level enterprise technical center and a postdoctoral research center and is the supporting institution for the €œNational Fluoro Materials Engineering and Technology Research Center€ and €œZhejiang Juhua Sino-Russian Science and Technology Park€. In 2008, its total sales revenue reached RMB 10.36 billion, exceeding RMB 10 billion for the first time. Of the top 500 Chinese enterprises in 2008, Juhua was ranked the 495th. It took the 100th place in the €œChina€™s 500 most valuable brands€ published by the World Brand Laboratory in 2007.
