INTRODUCTION: Established in 1994, Juxian Hongfa Rubber & Plastic Factory (shorted as HONGFA) is a professional manufacturer of civil and automobile rubber and plastic products. Now we have two large factories, with different production departments. We manufacture EVA tatami, Gym Rubber Floor, Baby Crawl Mat and Entrance Mat for civil market, and different rubber or plastic products for automobiles.OUR FAMOUS CLIENTS: For more than 15 years, HONGFA's automobile product department has been Volvo SDLG's only major rubber and plastic products supplier. Volvo SDLG is the wholly owned subsidiary company of AB Volvo or The Volvo Group in Sweden, and also the largest industry loader manufacturer in Aisa. For last 15 years', 90% of all rubber products used in Volvo SDLG was provided by HONGFA. We manufacture near all types of rubber parts used in this company and keep our product defective rate below 10 PPM in our 1 million pieces of products (less than 10 piece of defective products in 1 million pieces) provided to Volvo SDLG each month. We are now improving to 6 sigma level, and lowering our defective rate to 3.4 PPM. In the last 10 years, HONGFA's business fame brought us more customers, such as Volvo Group China, STRONG Industry, Longking Industry and Lovol Industry, the huge national cooperations in China. OUR QUALITY CONTROL: The well-controlled product quality is the main secret of HONGFA 's 20 years' business. (Annual Averaged Defective Rate: 8.5 PPM in 2014, 8 PPM in 2015, 8 PPM in 2016). This well-controlled quality firstly due to HONGFA 's strict product-inspection policy before shipment: there are 6 steps of batch-level quality inspections (including rubber or plastic property test and final product property test) and 2 steps of piece level quality inspections (size, burr and smoothness control). This quality-control policy has been HONGFA 's 20-year rule of business. We got the ISO9001 from UKAS in UK and ISO/TS16949 certification from NSF in USA for many years, and strictly apply these quality management systems in our each days' production. HONGFA's sponged floor mat has also passed the EU REACH Standard Tests and SGS EN71 Tests, and has been issued CE Certificate.OUR ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY: On the technology aspect, HONGFA's advanced manufacturing and product-inspection equipment further guarantee our good product quality. Our research team has cooperated with the School of Polymer Science and Engineering, Qingdao University of Science & Technology for more than 10 years. We have experienced engineers and experts in our research team, and several senior technical consultants who are also professors in the university mentioned above. Our technical team enables us to provide products made from almost all types of rubber/plastic components.
