We are pioneers in India for Fleece, Garment processing & dyeing and Polyester &Poly/spandex garments in Golf / active wear category, a vertical integrated knitted Garment Manufacturer with an annual turnover of $45 million catering to customers like: - JackWills - we are the biggest supplier in Fleece and active dress categories for men’s and women’s from India, the company was recently taken over by Sports Direct and we have witnessed increased volumes from Summer 2020 order booking onwards. - Tommy Hilfiger & CK Jeans – biggest for Europe fashion category in washed / processed garments along with a volume business for us in the women’s categories in USA where we not only produce for mainline but also for Costco where each style is between 100-200K. - Polo Ralph Lauren / Denim & Supply (Casual Men’s and women’s wear) – we have been associated with the brand for 10 years. - True Religion – is a premium street wear brand from LA and we produce their mainline and off price business for Men’s and Women’s wear. - DKNY (Casual Men’s and women’s wear) – we have been associated with the brand since 2011 and after the sale of the brand to GIII – USA we have seen it growing between Macy’s Dillards and Costco. - Supreme for Ben Hogan, Callaway, Protour, PGA tour and Grandslam – 100% polyester / Poly-spandex Performance Golf wear. - Debenhams UK – We work kids - Ted Baker line along with Brand Maine, Mantaray for men’s and women’s . Knitcraft is a vertical integrated plant having own knitting / dyeing / printing / Embroidery / Garment dyeing & washing along with 3 sewing facilities with capacity of 480, 000pcs a month. A brief about of facilities & Products: FACILITY: We have some of the best equipment to make, finish and produce the garments for these leading brands, these include: - 78 Knitting machine including all kind of knits in cotton and polyester yarns from stripers to Jaquards, interlocks ribs, fleece and other specialize textures - Dyed house with a capacity to dye and finish about 280 tons of fabric a month. - Garment dyeing and finishing for special finishes like pigment dyeing, cold pigment, sulphur acid wash etc – 4-5000 garments a day. - Printing – we have our own printing facility with a MNR robotic machine to print 2000 pcs a day. - Embroidery – we hv 240 head of embroidery machine for all kind emb and applique work. - PRODUCTS: WE ARE 45% MENSWEAR, 50% WOMENS WEAR AND 5% KIDSWEAR - Include washes, garment dyed and special treatments on Garments - Hand and beadwork on knits - Special Embroideries including AARI work, toweling, sequence and appliques. - We are also associated with the pioneer mill in India wherein we produce various blends and use yarns including wool, Miabi, thermolite, micro modals, lyocel, Linen etc. - Special prints, stick on Rhinestones and Swarovski applications on knits.
