TUNCYUREK family has established its first operations in 1971 by launching the knitwear production company Detay Orme, in Istanbul. Many years operating in knitwear business, the company has enlarged its marketing activities by opening two wholesale stores in central Istanbul. In 1984 family has launched its own yarn spinning mill and Dye house; Tunc plik and Tun§ Boya, and started to produce its own yarn for knitwear. In 1990, current factory building has completed and all production is moved from central city to Avclar suburb which is 15 km east to the ATATURK airport. Today, companies are operating in 15.000 m² own property with 120 well trained employees.Flat knitting production includes 19 flat knitting machines in gauge 12 and 14. Assembly line is operating with 45 well trained employees and has a capacity of 4.000 pcs sewing per week. Company also has quality control and finishing departments in-house.Detay Orme Collection contains sophisticated styles for mature ladies with embroderies, and many different accessories. Mostly domestic consumers prefer the authentic style of our collection.Recently, established Lamoda Tekstil for its new innovative printing operations. Currently Lamoda Tekstil is the only brand that can process fibre dyed printing in Turkey. Lamoda Collection is mostly designed for export markets with more casual-wear for younger segment consumers. Annual capacity is 400.000 pcs for knitwear in various gauges. Sub-contractors that has been approved by our company are used for thicker knitting such as 3 gg, 5gg and 7 gg.
