LAntica Cantina The Cooperative Society of San Severo was born on the 5th of October 1933 with the help of small number of local wine-growers and nowadays there are more than four hundred manufacturing members and after 80 years the firm extends on a surface of 12.000 square meters. The winery produces and commercializes wine labelled LAntica Cantina.Most of our wines won prices and obtained accolades.It can receive, produce, bottle and commercialise 18.000.000 Kg of grapes. 4.000.000 of these grapes are DOC and 4.000.000 are IGT. The Cooperative obtained the Quality System Certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.The winery produces ITALIAN WINES, obtained from about 1000 hectares of vineyard.the most common grapes are the ones characteristic of the area and the local SAN SEVERO DOC: BOMBINO, TREBBIANO, MONTEPULCIANO, SANGIOVESE, UVA DI TROIALAntica Cantina is one of the leading winery from the main winegrowing region in Apulia.
