Lijia History and Scale Fujian Lijia Co., Ltd. was established on the 28th, December in 1957, which was reformed from Fujian Longxi Machinery Works with 61 year history which was founded in July, 1957. Lijia has won a lot of honorable titles, such as "Fujian Province Excellent Unit of Enterprise Management", "Fujian Province Prize for Quality Management", "Fujian Province Advanced Party Organization", "Fujian Province Ideological Education Advanced Organization", "Civilization Unit" and so on.Lijia Products Lijia brand direct injection diesel engines: series of SL100/105/108/110 two-, three- and four-cylinder engines and the high-power LJ225/226 engines, with the range of power 15-105kW/1500-3000r/min. So far, our diesel engines can be used for low-speed lorry (agriculture transport), big and middle horsepower tractor, the combine harvester, engineering machinery, marine, generator set and so on. In addition, we have cooperated with more than thirty factories in China such as (Ningbo) JOHN DEERE, YTO, Hainan JINLU, FOTON, HUANGHAI JINMA, Jiangxi Mahindra Corporate, Qinzhou Lishun, Shanghai Techtop etc. Furthermore, some products have been exported to Southeast Asia, South Africa and U.S.A., etc. Product Honor and Emission Our products are famous for strong power, low fuel consumption, stable function and environment-friendly in China, which also have received praise as a credible product from China Quality Management Association and China Agriculture Machinery Distribution Association.Lijia engines conform to ISO9001:2000 Standard and emission conform to State 1 in China State Standard GB20891-2007 and will apply for State 2 in 2009. Turbocharger inter cooler diesel engine for transportation--SL4108ZL and SL4105ZL have been conformed to Euro 2 Standard. SL3105ABT and SL4105ABT for tractor have been conformed to EPA(Tier2). SL2105ABD, SL3105ABD and SL4105ABD for generator sets has been conformed to India emission standard and exported to India.Technology Center and Product Quality Management Lijia has built a quality management committee and to manage products quality under a series of standards and has gotten the ISO9001:2000 certificate in Aug, 2008. Lijia has built a province-level technology center for undertaking R&D new technology and products and a laboratory for testing products with 97 professional technicians and 41 senior engineers. We has huge ability to develop new products by ourselves and cooperate with some research centers, such as Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute, Technology center of YTO Group Corporation and Jiangsu University.EquipmentLijia has five workshops, casting, forging, machining, assembly, delivery inspection.
