All known technologies of its production are concentrated at our production shop. Technological equipment permits us to manufacture protective glass with dimensions up to 32001700m(flat) of different shapes, including tinned, mirror, colorless, flat and bent glass.Ready products are tested for bullet proof resistance in different ways of attacks. It permits to guarantee protection of passengers inside of vehicle as well as the main parts of the vehicle during attacks with use of different weapons.Since 1992 we have been producing laminated protective glass in accordance with StandardP 51136-98 Laminated protective glass for vehicles, outer and inner glazing of buildings, including:Hit proof glass, levels of protection A1, A2, A3. Punch proof glass, levels of protection Б1, Б2, Б3. Bullet proof glass, levels of protection 2CR, 3CR, 4CR, 5CR, 5aCR, 6CR, 6a CR. We have achieved optimal combination of weight, thickness and bullet proof resistance of our products. It permitted us to minimize weight of the vehicle and to transport more useful goods.Guarantee period of keeping and operation of glass-2years, service life of glass-7years from the day of manufacture.BPG from Magistral Ltd LLC can be used in different climatic conditions and keep the properties at the temperature range from -40C to +60C and humidity of the air 95%. Mark CR means Cold resistance. Transmission of colorless glass is not less than 70%(up to 5aCR level of protection) and not less than60% for BPG of other levels of protection. BPG do not change color in the period of recommended service life and it is very important for auto glazing. In 2006 we started production of electro -heated BPG. Use of electro-heated BPG permits to avoid ice formation and covering surface of glass with steam. In 2007 we began to manufacture BPG with gun-slots.We produce protective glass for vehicles, buildings, where it is necessary to protect human life and values.Since 2005 we have been producing glass with max. dimensions 2250 × 3100 mm for architecture - office partitions, doors.
