Colors need no language. Colors cheer you up. They define you. The colors in our lives make us smile and motivates us to be more.I live in a village of jaipur in Rajasthan, India which is proudly known for using amazing variety of colors in our clothings and home decor. We do it proudly and unashamedly. In any local festival in my village, the scenery looks as if the rainbow has come down on earth. I present the colors of our village in my small shop on ETSY.I was lucky that my parents sent me to the biggest city of my state, Jaipur to study. They were progressive of their times to let their daughter study along with her brothers. Studies arts. Got married. Returned to the village I love, to help my husband modernize our farmland. With lots of time in hand because my daughter is now 4, I want you all to experience the vibrancy of my village through the clothing and home textiles I make.All products on my shop here are made by me with the help of sister-in-law. I present the ancient tribal motifs of my area along with other hand crafts which I was taught by my mother at home to keep me away from naughtiness. :)
