We MECC was founded in 1973 and have been designing and manufacturing electronic devices for more than 45 years.Right now we have three business divisions, that is, a division to build nanofiber electrospinning equipment, a division to build LCD and OLED driver electronics and a local cable television station.The nanofiber division is the main business division of MECC at this point and has been distributing many products to all over the world.We have sales representatives not only in Japan but also many foreign countries such as China, Taiwan, U.S., Canada, Korea, Russia, Italy, Philippines, Singapore, Egypt, India, Portugal, Saudi Arabia and Thailand.More than 200 sets of the model NANON-01A, a lab-type nanofiber electrospinning system, has been delivered to research facilities in such countries and has been used for searching for new applications of nanofibers.In these days we are having many inquiries and requests for medical applications from existing and/or potential customers because the electrospinning method can create high quality nanofiber sheets and tubes with ideal porosity, uniform membrane thickness and small fiber diameters.Our technology and experience related to the method and handling of high voltages accumulated for many years could produce reliable and high performance equipment as convenient tools for scientists in the world.
