MGM Textiles Ltd. is a Company based in Hong Kong and financial branch office in UK (London), as well as liason offices in China (Shanghai), and Bangladesh (Dhaka), Moreover MGM has a partnership with two factories: knitwear in China and trousers in Bangladesh. MGM is running his business in the Far East countries where follows up the research and development of the suppliers, the production of the garments (sweaters, knitwear, trousers, jackets and accessories), the flow of documents and the shipping of the goods up to the final destination.MGM has long term relationship with his customers which started more than 30 years ago and brought MGM to handle, today, more than 6 million pcs. of production per year, which means ship out around 300 containers. The owners of MGM are two Italian partners with more than 20 year experience in the garment field and the Company employees are 35 (Italians and local). How we handle the orders from the beginning:�Receival of one original sample or drawing, along with commercial papers and tecnica sheets;�Making of Counter-samples and costing;�From now on the orders are handled by Merchandisers and a staff of QC (Quality Controllers);�After the confirmation of the orders we proceed with the making of the fitting samples, to get the right measures, sizes and shape;�On the same time we proceed with the orders of the bulk fabrics, yarns, accessories, etc.; all these steps are followed by the QC staff since the beginning;�The next step will be the making of the Pre Production Sample as well as the size set in order to get the final approval and start with the final production;�During all the production the QC staff will stay inside the factories and send daily updated reports that will be checked and will be useful for the organization of the deliveries; �According to the total quantity of the orders many pre-inspections will take place in order to guarantee the required quality standards;�A final inspection will take place as soon as the production will be completed and it will be attended by our staff together with the final customer (on request);�After the final inspection our logistic staff will follow up the shipments of the goods as well as the documents flow up to the e final destination.MGM is offering the following service:1.sourcing of suppliers in Far East (India, Indonesia, China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, etc�);2.salesman sample production;3.placement of the orders to the suppliers;4.production follow up with qualified staff;5.final inspections;6.follow up of logistic and documents flow;7.financial support;8.Consulting for the productions in Far East in the garment field; 9.Realization of an �all inclusive office�:This kind of service that we offer to our Customers is based on a 3 years agreement for the set up of one office, starting with the sourcing of the locations according to the customer needs, employment and teaching of the staff, sourcing of the suppliers and follow up of the productions.
