Moonlight started the business of LED package since 2012. In the beginning, we only have two production lines, two KS die-bonding machine and two ASM wire-bonding machine, but now we have more automatic production lines for die-bonding, wire-bonding, etc. In the past several years, moonlight keep updating its equipment and technologies to provide the more reliable and higher flux LEDs for our customers. Our products line including COB LEDs, SMD LEDs, High-power LEDs, etc. All of our LED components are produced under strict quality control to make sure our customers LED lighting manufacturers can get high efficacy, low thermal resistance, and reliability commercial and outdoor lighting products. Our goal is to provide innovative solutions tailored to LED lighting based on quality and innovation.
