Nanjing YOKOO Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., is established in 1989, and specialized in the cement production line design, technical improvement and manufacturing of main, auxiliary equipments and electric automation equipments.　　It has 160 staffs, including 4 senior engineers, 16 engineers and 1 technician. They are experts in machinery, electric, civil construction and cement process etc, with rich practical experience and the capability of R&D. Till now, 6 items of National Patent have been awarded. It has many heavy-duty equipments including Ф6.3mã€Ð¤3.5mã€Ð¤1.6m vertical lathe, Φ6.3m gear hobber, 48.5m milling planer, 130 boring miller, Ф5.220m cylinder lathe, 45mm three-roller plate roll, 4.515m CNC Automatic Cutting Machine and 68m submerged arc welding machine. It has initially possessed manufacturing capacity of heavy-duty machine. 　　Nanjing Land Foundry Co. Ltd, our subsidiary, 20 million Yuan in fixed assets, is specialized in manufacturing cast steel, cast iron and accessories. It covers a total area of 19.5 acres and has 6000 square meters for building, 5000 square meters of which are for workshop. It owns two sets of 1- ton electric furnaces, one set of 8-ton electric furnace, one set of 10-ton heat-treating furnace and 20t/h production line for automatic processing of resin-bonded sand, etc. It is capable of making unit product‰¤10T and has an annual capacity of 5000 tons.
