Our company was established in February, 1998 and is a shareholding subsidiary of Nanjing Light Industrial Machinery Works. We are the first one in Chinese tube welding machine making industry to get ISO9001 quality assurance system certificate. We have a central air-conditioned machining center equipped with CNC machines imported from the USA, Germany and Italy, plus another more than 30 large piece and precise processing machine tools. Our measurement center is national grade II. We have five departments, including business department, production and manufacturing department, design department, administration department and financial department. The CAD system we are using for design is nominated as "exemplary project" by the Government. Our designers have used computer design to replace conventional paper drawings and drawing boards, making our product technology more progressive, more practical and better. We are specialized in manufacturing high frequency straight seam tube welding machines, four-roll continuous cold rolling mills, high speed slitting/crosscutting equipment, high precision cold roll forming equipment, stainless steel tube welding equipment and cold roll forming equipment for various profiles of complicated shapes. We are the first manufacturer specializing in tube welding machine making in China and our annual output tops the domestic industry. Our 60 tube welding lines won "Good Quality Prize "of the Ministry of Light Industry and "Golden Dragon Prize" of China National Economic Committee early in 1983, making us the first company that has won national prizes in the industry. Our LWGC450 high precision cold roll forming lines have won "Chinese Innovation Prize" for Cold Bent Section Steel Technological Equipment. The 426 tube welding lines we installed in 2007 in Tianjin have been put into operation. These lines have established our leading position in the tube welding industry and have filled in domestic blank in the field of large scale tube welding equipment. In recent years, we have also developed thick wall tube welding equipment for the production of special pipes, petroleum casing pipes and petroleum pipes of X42~X70, J55 and N80-1 steel grades. These lines use FF forming and FFX forming technologies and PLC control. The advantages include high automation degree, good human machine interface, automatic parameter setting and autonomous production process monitoring to achieve internationally advanced level. Our high precision cold roll forming lines have been widely used in automobile, building material, warehousing, elevator and other industries. We have made great efforts to improve our management level and product quality. Taking the chance of ISO9001 Quality System authentication and implementation, we have reorganized and rectified our quality assurance system thoroughly to establish a full set of quality rules to normalize and institutionalize the job quality of each department, each procedure and each job position, keeping all of them in controlled status. With all these efforts, the structures and quality of our tube welding equipment have continued to lead the industry for more than 20 years.
