Nautical Star Coffee came from the idea of trying to find that one perfect cup of coffee that also captured the era of a time when things were much simpler. When fishing was a way of life and serving as a mariner was an honor. Wake up and have a taste of yesteryear, today. When it came to sourcing our coffee beans, we spent a lot of time researching what makes a great cup of coffee. There are so many countries to source coffee beans from, however we believe the best to use for our coffee was beans from Columbia and Honduras. These countries are considered to be a Constant and Cool-Wet environment. This means that these countries climates will produce coffee beans that have proven to provide an excellent balance of yield and flavor to the coffee bean.
