The probiotic added is very unique in that 1 ounce of our cheese is equal to 7 six ounce cups of yogurt. All of the raw milk cheese is not heated to above 102 degrees and aged a minimum of 60 days. Currently all of our cheese is over 1 year old. We also have pasteurized Mozzarella with added probiotics. Our cheese is available i n 40 pound d blocks, 5 pound loaves or even 8 ounce packages.
