The factory now has high performance horizontal cooled die-casting machine from 180T-1250T(180T, 280T, 500T, 630T, 800T, 1250T), low pressure casting machine, large CNC machining centers, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, EDM and other mold processing equipment. <br><br>The factory has very advanced inspection equipment. Such as 2D projection detector, CMM, aluminum material direct reading spectrometer, aluminum material hardness testing, tensile tester and other sophisticated testing equipment to ensure the quality of the product. <br><br>The factory uses advanced CAD/CAE/CAM integration software to improve the design and manufacturing and innovation capability level.
