Ningbo Yinzhou Pengcheng Precision Casting Factory is a professional OEM manufacturer of castings, forgings and machined parts.Established in 1993 and located nearby Shanghai City, Ningbo Yinzhou Pengcheng Precision Casting Factory is a specialized manufacturer and exporter of various castings, forgings and CNC machined parts. With independent import and export rights, and certifications of ISO9001:2000 and TUV (WO/TRD100-AD2000 and PED), now our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters with more than 300 staff members and 30 professional engineers.Quality Systems: We have ISO9001:2000 certification and TUV certification (WO/TRD100-AD2000&PED)Equipment and Quality Control:We have 6 electrical frequency furnaces with relevant casting equipment. Our monthly capacity is over 600 tons. We have forging ability with 3 tons of air hammers, 1,600 tons of punches, 1000 tons/1600 tons/2500 tons of friction presses, and 1600 tons of oil-hydraulic presses. We have about 4,800 square meters absolute machining workshop with 40 CNC lathes and 4 CNC machine centers for guarantee machining dimensions besides other ordinary machineries, such as lathe and milling. We have spectrometers for material analysis. We have our own pattern shop to guarantee the precision of parts.We have a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and a Surface Roughness Tester. We have machineries to test physical properties, (tensile, yield, hardness, and low temperature impact).We are able to do PT inspection, X-ray for samples if necessary (sub-contraction), and also we have hydraulic pressure test machines to achieve Max 50 Mpa. Office work: we are equipped with software, such as CAD, Pro-E, Solidworks, Photoshop, and Adobe. Each product has its own file and process card. We have separate production, quality inspection, and packaging departments. We do 100% inspection on samples as customer's requirements or instructions, and 100% inspection on machining dimensions in production. Generally, our products are all kinds of castings made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel in line with customer's drawings or samples. (Closed die forging parts for 40kg, Open die forging parts for 1000kg) Over 95% of our parts are for export.
