Novus Homes is a family owned home building company in Perth, Western Australia. The company was formed back in 1993 by local builder Lino Antonelli. Influenced by his Italian heritage and passion for building, Lino lives and breathes construction and leads his small team by example, inspecting every single home under construction on a regular basis and never handing over the keys to his clients until he is 100% happy with the final product., Novus have a loyal team of staff, trades and suppliers, with many of the team having been with Novus for over 10 years.
