Having had 25 years of experience in the baking industry and a passion for baking, we began in the winter of 2003 and Ovenista was born. Evolution from a small town bakery to a state of the art manufacturing unit has taken its own course of time, along the years we have fine tuned the art of baking and picked up invaluable inputs from clients to study consumer behavior and evolved with ways to minimize shelf time, ways to dwarf competition and adapt a win-win situation for us, our clients and the end consumer.
