Panzhihua Baiyun Foundry has 7 kinds of products; those associated with spare parts for metal scraps industry shredder machines, mining machinery, furnace systems, metallic machinery, rolling mills, cement industry spare parts and other industry machinery parts respectively. The wear resistant parts we manufacture for scraps auto shredder machines mainly include hammers, liners, open and close grates, roof cover, pin protectors, reject doors, and feed rollers. Our materials are composed of low alloy steel, high-manganese steel and Vi & Ti alloy. The low alloy steel, due to the addition of vanadium, titanium, nickel alloy elements and with refining and special heat-treatment processes, our castings have obtained a superior density, durability and more wear resistance. When compared with similar products produced in Germany and the United States, it has consistently out performed its competitors. Our high-manganese steel products, combined with traditional Mn13 and the addition of some alloy elements, have also proven to have obtained a superior level of durability. We are an ISO9001:2000 registered firm and own 9 patents. The standards that we have ever adopted include AISI, ASTM, DIN, and Chinese national standards. Nonstop technology and production process progress, all ready quality assurance capability and satisfying service system, all of these constitutes our final merchandises.We own 2 foundries with an annual output of 15000 tons. And we are building the 3rd foundry with final annual output 100000 tons at Nanshan Industry Park, Renhe, Panzhihua city. Our quality control department oversees all production processes from raw materials to finished products.
