The project contract is signed by both parties and sent by E-mail.5. Buyer, the Seller and all other participants in the transaction sign NCNDA / IMFPA. 6. Hard copy of the Contract by the Seller shall be drawn up and sent to the Buyer. 7. The buyer puts his signature and seal on all copies and return two hard copies of the Contract to the Seller.8. Seller and Buyer send hard copies of the Contract for its banks.9. Buyers bank provides the Bank Seller POF. 10. The Bank Sellers response to Buyers Bank to help provide evidence of the presence of product (POP).11. The buyer has pre-advised L / C, which must be approved by the Bank Seller.12. Seller issues a 2% performance bond, to give effect to the letter of credit.13.
