he fish processing enterprise OOO Poseidon-2000 was founded in 2000. It occupies an advantageous geographical position in Baltic Gulf.Our own storage capacity for hold fillet fish of Baltic Origin locate in Kaliningrad Region ( Svetliy). Capacity of process fishfillet is 5 mt per day.It`s fishing-processing company which produce fillet of different kind of fillet from fish of Baltic Sea ( CODFISH, PIKE PERCH, PERCH, FLOUNDER). Moreover we make codliver, cod caviar. The main types of production in Kaliningrad Region is the production of canned fish and preserves. The company has own fishing ships and long-term relationships with fishers in the Kaliningrad region. Initially, we built the canning and canning shop of OOO Poseidon-2000 in Russia, but after that we investigate the European standards which allow us to produce fishfillet to export. And in May 2001, permission for export our fishfillet production was obtained. We have EU nomber for export frozen fish fillet in European Union. We have only land production fish fillet.Thus we make the skinless fishfillet by handy made on our plant in Kaliningrad Region (one time land frozen). We sell our fillet production on export (Holland, Germany, Spain and etc) more then 15 years. Brend of Poseidon-2000 has a demand among buyers in Russia and CIS countries and Europe.
