Our Arabica coffee beans are cultivated in the Northern part of Thailand, located at 1,200 meters above the sea level. We paid a lot of attentions on each and every selection of coffee beans with our special planting and harvesting process to ensure the best quality. Furthermore, as we are concerning about environmental impact, we are working closely together with Thai coffee farmers to make sure that the national forest is well-protected. Roasting ProcessRoasting process is one of the most significant process that can bring out coffee characteristics and flavors. Our coffee specialists are ensured that each and every step has met the standard by carefully measuring the moisture of coffee beans. Because we want to create high quality coffee, each and every coffee beans had been roasted by PROBAT machine imported from Germany. The process is carried out by our coffee experts with over 10 years of experiences in coffee industry.
